Ella’s Instant Vegan Mixes are prepared in the heart of Yorkshire in a fully vegan kitchen by a Vegan ARA of many years. Made in the town of Malton, nestled between the North Yorkshire moors and the Yorkshire Wolds. Ella is from a long line of rural, North Yorkshire women going back hundreds of years, who made Yorkshire puddings for their families. She has evolved that recipe to create a unique, delicious Yorkshire pudding batter, that is cruelty free and better for the environment and our health. Ella has created many different flavours of Yorky puds too. Sage & Onion, Herby Mustard, Garlic and Herbs, and even a Vegan Cheese and Bacon Yorky pud! Showing how vegan food is evolving and improving our culinary experience.
