How to guide:

Yorky Pud Mix

Step 1

Gradually add 10 fl oz of good quality soya milk, mixed with a 1/4 tsp of olive oil to the contents of the entire sachet. You can also use oat milk but soya milk rises better

Step 5

Fill each cup nearly to the top with the mixture

Step 6

Return to the oven, on the top shelf, for 17 minutes. Then take out of the oven and quickly put a hole in each pud, then back into the oven on 200 degrees celsius for another 8 minutes or until fully cooked throughout

Important: Do not open the door whilst cooking and be quick to get the puds back in the oven after the hole is put in

Tip: Use a good brand of soya milk (NOT unsweetened) as that is the best for rise. You can just use oat milk and they will taste delicious but they won't rise as well as with soya. Avoid barista milks.
