Ella and her daughter Liberty (aged 11 in this photo) met another Ella, whilst volunteering for an amazing disabled animal charity called Miracle’s Mission’s. Ella, the dog had been saved by Victoria who runs the charity, whilst visiting Egypt. Ella had been thrown from a building and spent 2 years dragging her broken spine and broken legs behind her. Victoria brought her back to the UK and gave her the best treatment and love possible. Ella was full of joy and loved everyone, which made her a huge inspiration to everyone she met. She taught us to never give up and to live our best life!

Ella was the inspiration for this business and she especially loved being the taste tester!
Ella, Liberty, Victoria and all the volunteers and rescued dogs at Miracles Mission are vegan too!
The Victoria B Sponge cake mix is named after Victoria Bryceson herself. Vic loves the cakes especially!
